1) Any breakers off at the panel? Check emergency switch(s) are on.
2) Do you have any oil? (if you have an oil furnace)
If all the above doesn't cure the problem, give us the call and we will be out to your house.

A: take these steps:
1) At thermostat, Turn off system and change fan from auto to on.
2) Check air filter, dirty will cause freezing
3) Must thaw. Attic systems will take a day. A Furnace with a coil, you can run the heat for speed
thaw.
