Maintenance Plans
This maintenance will be provided and arranged during our normal business hours (8am-4pm). Non-maintenance service, additional work, repair work will be rendered under a separate ticket. Any parts and labor not covered by normal planned maintenance will be billed at 20% discount rate (compressor, heat exchanger, and new equipment not applicable). Maintenance performed is cleaning, oiling, electrical component test & check, freon check on air conditioning and inspection of heat exchanger, safety test, and operation check. Oil furnace services also includes new nozzle and oil filter replacement.
